PAYMENT

and

REGISTRATION FEES

The 2012 Conference registration fee includes:

  • Two days of presentations
  • The "Treasures of Denver Public Library" exhibition
  • Two lunches
  • Four coffee breaks
  • Friday morning breakfast
  • Thursday and Saturday night receptions
  • Free bus transportation on Thursday and Friday morning from the hotels to the Conference Center and back to the hotels each evening.
  • Admission to the Map Fair of the West on Saturday and Sunday

Membership in the Rocky Mountain Map Society or the Texas Map Society is not required to participate.

Participants are responsible for their own transportation to and from Denver International Airport and their lodging, and all meals not listed above.

Participants may bring a guest to the receptions for an additional $50 USD.

The registration fee is $285 USD until May 31st. Beginning June 1st the fee is $335 USD.

There is a limited seating capacity. Payment of the Registration Fee must be made in advance in U.S. Dollars to guarantee a seat.

We cannot accept Discover, or Diner's Club credit cards.

We cannot accept purchase orders or PayPal.

If you are using a credit card (VISA, MasterCard, or AMEX only), the fee will be debited immediatly.

Payments by credit card will appear on your credit card bill under the name, "The Overton Law Firm".

Payments by check (personal or corporate) must be in US Dollars

We need a registration form for each person who will attend the Conference or a reception. Please complete separate forms for each person so that we may create your name tag.

Cancellation policy: Refunds are at the sole discretion of the Rocky Mountain Map Society. Refunds may be settled after the Conference.
